Shedra ZPI 2012 - Year 2 (Third cycle)

Subject:
The path which ascertains the great beings' way of self-liberation
The Six-Year Dzogchen Practitioners' Course has been designed as a framework for those students who wish to deepen and broaden the scope of their study and practice of Buddhism and who wish to commit themselves to a programme of intensive study and practice.

Three cycles of the Shedra are in progress now at their respective stage of the curriculum. Normally, it is only possible to start with a new cycle. However, this year, due to the amount of requests Patrul Rinpoche has received, he is allowing this year, as an exception, new students to join the 3rd Shedra cycle on their 2nd year.

If interested, the first step is to send an email to info@zpi.patrulrinpoche.net asking for a Dzogchen Practitioner Details Form. It’s on the basis of this ‘CV’ that Patrul Rinpoche will give his agreement. For students who are admitted, they will need to take the exam on the first day of the Shedra.

It is difficult to say how beneficial making the commitment to be a Shedra student is and so we can’t but encourage people to seize this precious opportunity to join the 3rd Cycle.
